Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the day your order
arrives to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unworn and unused, in the same condition
you received it, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Contact us via Instagram @ironiconactivewear with your order number and the
item you'd like to return. We'll reply within 24-48 hours (Monday to Friday)
to confirm your return.

Once approved, send your return to:

Please don't send anything back before contacting us - items returned without
an approved return request can't be processed.

Return postage

If you're returning something because you've changed your mind, the cost of
return postage is yours. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't
refund an item that doesn't reach us.

If the item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we cover the return
postage. Email us a photo and we'll sort it.

Your legal right to cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel your
order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without giving a
justification, and a further 14 days to return the goods to us. This right
applies in addition to our 30-day returns policy above.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is faulty, damaged
or not what you ordered, email us straight away with a photo and we'll put it
right - including covering the return postage. Nothing in this policy affects
your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Exchanges

The quickest way is to return the item you have and place a new order once
your return is approved. If you'd rather we handled the swap directly, just
ask and we'll do our best.

Items we can't accept back

Gift cards are non-returnable. Sealed supplement and nutrition products can't
be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons.

Refunds

We'll let you know as soon as we've received and inspected your return. If
approved, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 10
business days. Bear in mind your bank or card provider may take a few more
days to post it.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and
you still haven't seen the money, email support@ironiconactivewear.co.uk and
we'll chase it.
