Delivery

Free UK delivery on all orders over £45. Under £45, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Every Iron Icon order is packed and posted by us from Scotland. Orders are processed within 1–3 working days.

UK

International

We ship to selected international destinations. Delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout based on your address. Any customs or import charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Processing times

Orders placed Monday to Friday are processed within 1–3 working days. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are processed the next working day.

Tracking

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched. If it hasn't arrived within 24 hours of that email, check your spam folder before getting in touch.

Returns

30 days to change your mind. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging.

To start a return, DM us on Instagram at @ironiconactivewear with your order number — that's the fastest route. You can also email support@ironiconactivewear.co.uk. We'll confirm your return and send the address and instructions. Please don't post anything back before contacting us.

If you've changed your mind, return postage is yours — we'd recommend a tracked service. If something arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, send us a photo and we'll put it right, including covering the return postage.
