DM us at @ironiconactivewear — sizing questions, stock, order updates, anything. It's where we're quickest, and a real person reads every message.

If you don't follow us, Instagram may put your message in the Requests folder — we check it, but if you haven't heard back within a day, email us instead.

Returns

Get in touch before sending anything back — DM us on Instagram or email us, and we'll confirm your return and send the address and instructions. Items posted to us without an approved return can't be processed.

You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. Full details on our Shipping & Returns page.

For anything involving a refund, a fault or a dispute, email is worth using as well as a DM — it gives us both a written record.
