If you don't follow us, Instagram may put your message in the Requests folder — we check it, but if you haven't heard back within a day, email us instead.

Returns

Get in touch before sending anything back — message us on Instagram at @ironiconactivewear with your order number (or email us if you can't use Instagram), and we'll confirm your return and send the address and instructions. Items posted to us without an approved return can't be processed.

For anything involving a refund, a fault or a dispute, email is worth using as well as a DM — it gives us both a written record.
